More macro of the collectables on my shelf. These are my halfsies, you can take them apart and put other halves on them.

target was selling off dvds for fathers day. hurry, you might still catch the bargains!

I picked up the tray at a yard sale this summer, it seems orginal, right down to the nail hole in the poor girl's head.The framed piece is from a 60's Life magazine.
The bottle, I've owned for about 30 years though it may be older,another yard sale find.
( I'm actually a Pepsi drinker from way back, they just didn't have those great ads like Coke did.)

I wonder just how many of these were made. By act of parliament every mine in the UK had to have one also public buildings, prisons and hospitals had them. Negretti & Zambra were just one of at least 6 different manufacturers in the UK & there were a lot more in the USA.

The Hello Kitty on the left was a freebie in Japan for New Year 2006 and the one on the right for 2007. The 2007 Hello Kitty has a little chicken for the Year of the Chicken attached to the charm. The 2006 Hello Kitty is holding a fan with lucky charms of a fish and the gold medallion with the word for "luck" embossed on it.
